Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it. All merchandise must be unused to receive refund in the form of payment. Any merchandise that is open or used, but is defective or unsatisfactory may be exchanged for other merchandise or store credit. To return your order, simply send the merchandise back via your choice of shipping method, along with the reason for the return. The original shipping fee is not refundable and customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. MyTrainingStore.com is not responsible for return shipping, except in cases where merchandise is broken or defective. If this is the case, please contact MyTrainingStore.com for return shipping instructions. Once your return is received, we will process your refund and send an exchange, or apply a credit or refund in the form of original method of payment within 7 days. You will be notified by email once your return as been processed. If a credit card was used, the refund will be applied to the credit card initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take 2-10 additional business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement.
