Shipping policy

We know your time is valuable and you cannot wait to train.  Your 100% satisfaction is our goal.  This is a very small business and we appreciate your trust and patience.  Most orders are processed within a few days, depending on inventory.  Orders will be shipped in a timely manner, which is not always the day after placing your order.  If a tracking number is not provided via Shopify, please contact us and we'll be happy to send you one.  It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address to MTS to ensure your package arrives at the correct location.  If an item is backordered or there is going to be an extended delay in shipping on behalf of MTS,  we will notify you via email.  Reach out anytime- info@mytrainingstore.com

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
